CUMMINS X15 Premium Exchange Engine Package
Professionally built in house by AJK Engines this package includes:
– Block crack tested, chemically cleaned machine as required, prepped and painted.
– Crankshaft chemically cleaned, crack tested and linished or new crankshaft installed
– New main and conrod bearings, new main and conrod bolts
– Conrods cleaned, tested and serviced as required
– New wrist pins, retainers, pistons and rings
– New cylinder liners (upgraded to APR)
– New oil pump and seals
– New crank case filter
– Rebuilt oil filter module including, new oil cooler and oil thermostat,
– Reconditioned cylinder head, (machined/new valves, valve seats, valve springs as required),
new valve stem seals, new injector cups and seals, new cam bearings, crack tested and
pressure tested, or new cylinder head installed
– New head gasket and head bolts
– New valve & injector camshafts
– Refurbished valve and injector rocker levers
– New Jacobs Brake Overhaul kit installed & new Jacobs brake harness
– Remanufactured or new Turbo
– Remanufactured or new Air Compressor
– New oil pan gasket, new front and rear main crankshaft seals, new timing case and flywheel
housing gaskets
– New coolant thermostat & coolant pump.
– 6 x new diesel injectors and o-rings
– Remanufactured or new HP Fuel Pump
– Refurbished timing gears and thrust washers or new as required.
– Machined flywheel & new spigot bearing
– Engine timed and assembled to Cummins specifications
– New oil filter, coolant filter and fuel filters
– Engine oil lubrication system primed and filled with semi synthetic engine oil.
– Engine prepped and painted red
12 month (unlimited Km) warranty, conditions apply.
We also stock a number of used and reconditioned Cummins parts and accessories, including turbo’s
& cylinder heads sold on an exchange basis.
Engines are sold on an exchange basis, if no exchange is offered additional core charges will apply, if
items of the exchange core engine are unserviceable additional core charges will apply.
