Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at AJK Engines. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our returns policy outlines the conditions under which a purchase can be returned and the process to follow.

Return Conditions

  1. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Returned items must be shipped back to our facilities within 30 days from the date on which the return was initiated.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Exceptions: Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as oils, fluids, and certain parts that are sensitive to environmental conditions cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  4. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to some items returned that are not defective. This will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page. Provide your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorisation: Once we receive your return request, we will inspect the request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on our policy criteria.
  3. Shipping Returns: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address and further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Damage and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in contact with us via our contact page for instructions on returing your purchased item.
