Mercedes Benz OM471 Premium Exchange Engine Package – POA
Professionally built in house by AJK Engines this package includes:
– Block crack tested, chemically cleaned machine as required, prepped and painted.
– Crankshaft chemically cleaned, crack tested and linished or new crankshaft installed
– New main and conrod bearings, new main and conrod bolts
– Conrods cleaned, tested and serviced as required
– New wrist pins, retainers, pistons and rings
– New cylinder liners (upgraded to APR)
– New oil pump
– New oil suction manifold and seals
– New Crack Case filter module
– Rebuilt oil filter module including, new oil cooler, oil filter stand pipe, oil thermostat, coolant
thermostat & coolant pump.
– Reconditioned cylinder head, chemically cleaned, crack tested and pressure tested,
(machined/new valves, valve seats, valve springs as required), new valve stem seals, new
injector cups and seals, or new cylinder head installed
– New head gasket and head bolts
– Refurbished or new camshafts and rocker
– 6 x new diesel injectors, o-rings and injector harnesses
– New/remanufactured HP Fuel Pump
– Intake & exhaust manifolds
– New Engine Harness
– New/remanufactured Air Compressor
– Refurbished EGR valve, EGR Valve Actuator & EGR Cooler
– New oil pan gasket, new front and rear main crankshaft seals, new timing case and front
crank cover gaskets, all new gaskets and seals throughout as required.
– Refurbished timing gears and thrust washers or new as required.
– Machined flywheel
– Engine timed and assembled to Mercedes Benz specifications
– New oil filter, coolant filter and fuel filters
– Engine oil lubrication system primed and filled with fully synthetic oil.
12 month (unlimited Km) warranty, conditions apply.

turbo’s & cylinder heads sold on an exchange basis.
Engines are sold on an exchange basis, if no exchange is offered additional core charges will apply, if
items of the exchange core engine are unserviceable additional core charges will apply.
